"Welcome to Kinesiology Brighton""

As a Kinesiology Practitioner (Systematic Kinesiology) with over 15 years of experience I am committed to supporting people all the way on their journey to achieving better health and well-being. I am
fully qualified and insured and a professional member of the Kinesiology Association KA.

This site gives some initial information on Kinesiology and how it may be beneficial for you. You can find more detailed information about myself and on Systematic Kinesiology on and

In a first consultation I will take your case history and do a general health screen using muscle testing. All sessions will be tailored around your specific needs, and we will discuss together the course of the treatment focusing on the areas you want to address. This could be anything from food sensitivity testing to emotional or muscular release, improved confidence, specific health issues or just feeling "under par".

One of the beauties of muscle testing is that it provides the body/ mind system with the opportunity to communicate what it needs most at the given moment without the conscious mind interfering.
"The body knows the way". We just need to learn how to listen to its messages. The treatment of imbalances will range from the use of supplements, herbs, flower essences to structural or emotional release or vibrational healing. And there is so much more to kinesiology, words do not do justice - best to come and try it out for yourself.

For any enquiries please phone 01273-387199 or send me a text message on 07876631862. I will be happy to answer all your questions in an informal chat.

Looking forward to hearing from you

Most people experience an improvement even after the first session, usually a set of three treatments will move you on considerably. Whichever way, you are sure to embark on a new, often life changing journey, even after one session.

I have also trained in the following techniques and use them when appropriate:
- CLRT- Cranio Laser Reflex Technique (as per Dr. Nick Wise) to release tension held in muscles
-  Resonant Frequency Therapy (as per Rife) - realigns your body's vibration with healing frequencies
- The Walker Technique - for fascial release, optimises lymphatic flow in damaged tissues
- Foundation Course Homeopathy
- Polarity Massage
- Osho Neo Reiki (Usui)
- Meditation
- Quantum Light Breath Breathing Mediation

Dehydrating food

My latest "passion" - dehydrating food!

Having heard lots of good things about it and having tried some delicious dehydrated kale crackers I was somewhat curious. I am normally not a great fan of kale although it is sooo healthy but the crackers were something else. To get started I got myself a low budget dehydrator on Amazon and the first results have been promising! Apparently dehydrating food only loses 3-4% of the nutrients, whereas with freezing food you lose about 30-40%. Now that is worth considering. Just done my first lot of apples, bananas, oranges, lemons, onions (delicious), potatoes (more work needed on those as well as on the carrots) and am amazed at the taste! They make tasty little snacks to take along to nibble on. Next on the menu are pineapple, mango, tomato - watch this space. Potatoes and carrots possibly need blanching first - they turned out as hard as rock.

A Green Smoothie That Beats Any Cleanse

Add this drink to your healthy-habit regiment. It’s packed with cleansing nutrients and fiber to help sweep you clean.

  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup freshly made apple juice
  • 1 cup, or 3 leaves, kale
  • ¼ green apple
  • ½ lemon
  • 1 inch slice of ginger
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp real maple syrup

Add all the ingredients to your blender, pouring the liquids over top. Blend until everything is smoothly mixed. Sip it slow!

Feeling under par? Maybe Kinesiology can help you :-)

Maybe you would benefit from a meridian balance or some stress release or just some pampering.
Do you have areas in your life that you would like to improve? A goal balance including affirmations
could support you in achieving this by setting some positive impulses. The release of some negative emotions
could also clear away some of your burdens and lighten up your life! Happy to help

Intermittent Fasting

Our bodies and minds are now busy readjusting to the changing seasons, and we want to give it maximum support
and be (extra) kind to ourselves. Eat seasonal foods, get enough sleep, drink plenty of water, have a positive outlook
on life. Rethink our exercise regimes from outdoors to indoors maybe, eat less sugar, drink less coffee, and maybe
introduce a
low-calory day a week to give the body some much needed space to recover and heal itself. The benefits
of fasting are innumerous. Most importantly, research has shown that some functions in our body work better after times
of no or little food intake and body cells in general only come to life fully after a break from food. Try it out, it's quite a
learning experience! And great for shedding the extra pound or two. Google "intermittent fasting" for more information.

Here my eternal question to all my clients:

Are you drinking enough water? 5-6 large glasses a day are a must. Add one glass per coffee or black tea and two glasses per glass of wine or beer to avoid dehydration.

To spice up your day right from the start try the old ayurvedic trick of adding a bit of fresh ginger to your glass of tepid water and drink lukewarm first thing in the morning. This will kickstart your system and your liver will be happy all day long.
